WE have moved across the street!
We (Fatima & Dr. Chang) are very excited to announce that we have moved across the street into our own main floor office space at 823 St Clair Ave W Toronto, ON M6C 1B9. We will continue to offer the same services and standard of care. Our office will be back open for appointments on Tuesday, October 19. All of our other information has stayed the same. In accordance with the Ministry of Health and College of Optometrists of Ontario, we have now officially re-opened! We have established strict protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and patients including plexiglass at reception, PPE, and social distancing. We are open for routine and urgent care by appointment only. Please call ahead and wear a mask to enter the building. We appreciate your help in keeping everyone safe!

We are excited to announce that we are now part of B+L’s Every Contact Counts recycling program. Save your contact lenses and blister packs and drop them off at our office! Cardboard boxes can be recycled in your regular blue bins.

dr. edmund eng has retired!
We are now located on ground level at 822 St Clair Ave W on the corner of St Clair Ave W & Atlas Ave. Street parking is available and we are accessible by TTC using the 512 St Clair streetcar.
Dr. Edmund Eng has now retired and all patient records have been transferred to Dr. Jaclyn Chang. Dr. Eng’s receptionist, Fatima, is still with the practice at the new location. Call to book your appointment!
